We have done our best to represent the timeline and the facts here.
Timelines and values may not be exact. We did not expect to tell this story until Paul Davis of NCI** forced our hand - many months after we were introduced.
If timelines or values are incorrect, many of the discrepancies could have been remedied through Paul Davis’s “core competency” of Communication and Project Management. Unfortunately, this was not the core competency of Paul Davis of NCI**. It was their worst skill set - losing their phones and not telling us, switching project managers without notifying us, not returning emails, not returning texts, switching project managers a second time, lacking transparency, etc.
If shown to be wrong, we will gladly update any values or timelines; changes in these values will have no effect on the overall failure of Paul Davis of NCI to uphold the values of Paul Davis.
