Paul Davis of NCI** was instructed by the insurance adjuster to collect the clothes from the upstairs bedrooms and inventory them.

During pick-up, Paul Davis of NCI** told us they planned to do so.

We noticed the clothes were still there a few weeks later. We called the adjuster, who found out Paul Davis did nothing with these clothes. They did not collect them, nor did they inventory them.

Instead, we had to inventory clothes ourselves- spending many hours in a hazardous, burned-out house in the heat of early July.

Eventually, the adjuster had another company remove the clothes and inventory them too. While working with the second company, it was clear that Paul Davis of NCI was exceptionally bad. The second company was professional, organized, and inspired confidence while Paul Davis of NCI** eventually failed on all accounts.
