During pickup, we were assured that payment would not be expected until we inspected the items.

As indicated in the earlier video, the project manager assured us that there was no downside to sending the items with Paul Davis of NCI**. It was a “win-win.” If the items were not cleaned or if they still smelled, we would not be charged for them. They would be thrown away and replaced by insurance.

In August, two months after pickup, Paul Davis of NCI** contacted us and said they would return our items upon payment. When asked if we could inspect them beforehand, they said “No, we will return the items once we have received payment.”

Please keep in mind that our family had been staying at hotel, working with insurance, working with contractors, going to our normal careers, and trying to maintain a normal life for our children while also dealing with this mess crated by Paul Davis of NCI**.

By this time, we had lost all faith in Paul Davis of NCI** and wanted to move on. We thought, at minimum, Paul Davis of NCI** would clean the hard-surfaced items well. After all, the whole business model of Paul Davis of NCI** is to restore items.

Paul Davis** was paid, our items were set for return, and Paul Davis of NCI** continued to disappoint…
