Aren't you the experts?

The fire occurred in late May 2023. With young kids, we already had the family bicycles out a few times.

All five bicycles were sent with Paul Davis of NCI** for cleaning.

Upon return, it was clear the bicycles had not been cleaned. Maybe they had been in the ozone, but no attempt was made to wipe them with any cloth.

Worse, all of the tires were flat - ten flat tires. While unloading the bicycles, one of the workers said, “We tried to inflate them, but they’re not holding air…maybe our cleaning process did something.”

Obviously, that was true; ten tires did not stop holding air randomly. Worse, it showed the Paul Davis of NCI** staff is not aware of their cleaning methods and the damage it could cause to common household items.

No attempt or offer was made to fix the tires before returning the bikes. A respectful company would have admitted fault, fixed the tires and/or provided the means to do so.
