Paul Davis of NCI Fails Integrity
We received an initial invoice before it was sent to insurance.
It included a line-item of boxes they claimed to have left for us. It was not a type-O or a fat-finger. There was a substantial comment written that they were extra boxes for the owner. No boxes were left for us. Why was this line-item there? We notified the project manager who could not explain it. We wondered if they are not used to customers reviewing the invoice in detail and hoped we did not see it.
Regardless, the boxes and their substantial cost were supposed to be removed.
