Paul Davis of NCI Fails Respect
During pickup, it was clear the only person who had proper training was the project manager. The rest of the team was doing their best to follow instruction, box items, and label them.
One of the younger workers seemed to be under constant scorn for packing the wrong items and mislabeling the boxes. It was demoralizing him, and he became noticeably frustrated.
It was unprofessional and disrespectful to him, especially since he had been asked to do something without proper training.
